To set up reverse DNS (rDNS) from your Client Area account, follow these steps:

Log in to your Client Area and click on Services.

Select any active server from the list. (At the top of the page, you'll see details about the selected product.)

Scroll down to the Interface Information section.

Click the edit icon next to the main or additional failover IP you want to configure.

In the field provided, enter your desired PTR (reverse DNS) value, then click Confirm.
That’s it! You’ve successfully updated the rDNS record—no support ticket needed.
