Once you log into your Plesk dashboard, here’s how to manage key features:
1. Websites & Domains
To manage your websites and domain settings:

Click "Websites & Domains" on the left menu.

You’ll see a list of your domains and subdomains.
Available Actions:

Add New Domain or Subdomain

Click "Add Domain" or "Add Subdomain"

DNS Settings
-
Click "DNS Settings" to edit A, MX, CNAME, etc.

SSL Certificates
-
Click "SSL/TLS Certificates"

Choose Let's Encrypt for free SSL or upload your own

Redirects

Under the domain, click "Hosting Settings" to set up redirects or change hosting type.

2. Mail (Email Accounts)
To manage your email accounts:

Go to "Mail" on the left panel.
Available Actions:

Create an Email Address

Click "Create Email Address"

Enter the name, password, and mailbox size

Access Webmail
-
Use:
https://webmail.yourdomain.com/

Login with full email address and password

Auto-Reply
-
Click your email → Auto-Reply tab

Forwarding
-
Click email → Forwarding tab to set up email forwarding

Spam Filter & Antivirus

Click email → adjust spam filter settings or antivirus

3. Applications (Install CMS or Tools)
To install and manage apps like WordPress:

Go to "Applications" on the left menu or under the domain section.

Browse popular apps (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
Available Actions:

Click "Install" next to the application.

You can manage updates, backups, and configuration from the same panel.
For WordPress, you’ll also see:

WordPress Toolkit: manage themes, plugins, security, and staging sites.
4. Files (File Manager & FTP)
To upload or edit your site files:

Go to "Files" on the left menu.
Available Actions:

File Manager:

Navigate to
/httpdocs
(main web root directory) -
Use buttons to upload, edit, rename, or delete files

Create Folders or Upload Zip Archives (auto-extracted)
-
Edit Files Online: Use the code editor to update HTML, PHP, or CSS files directly
Alternatively:

Use FTP Access with the credentials provided
-
Host: your domain name or server IP
-
Port: 21
-
Username/password: from FTP account settings under "Web Hosting Access"

5. Other Tools You May Use

Databases: Manage MySQL or PostgreSQL via "Databases" section

Scheduled Tasks: Set cron jobs under "Scheduled Tasks"
